Staff handled allergies with calm and professionalism. It. The room was spacious and inviting with comfortable bedding. Everything looked clean. I could check in early that was great.
AC worked weird. It was a little warm inside. I could not change the temperature.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport. the bus service right outside was a bonus. free flavored waters in reception were a nice touch. i also liked early check in.
i disliked paying extra for parking. it felt unfair.

the rooms were super clean and spacious! beds were comfy. the staff were so lovely too.
the carpets felt a little worn in some areas, but it was a minor thing.

The local bus stop is just outside the hotel, providing easy access to the city center. Breakfast had a good variety, and I liked the pizza. I especially liked the room layout, with a distinct area for the children.
I found that my room was not serviced . When I asked the reception desk about this, I was asked if I had requested service at check-in.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues
small towels cigarette smell
The staff was helpful (most of them anyway).
My experience wasn't the best. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, quite unpleasant. The bath towels were also surprisingly small. They were more like hand towels than proper bath towels. (i was pretty annoyed).
