Staff handled allergies with calm and professionalism. It. The room was spacious and inviting with comfortable bedding. Everything looked clean. I could check in early that was great.
AC worked weird. It was a little warm inside. I could not change the temperature.

The local bus stop is just outside the hotel, providing easy access to the city center. Breakfast had a good variety, and I liked the pizza. I especially liked the room layout, with a distinct area for the children.
I found that my room was not serviced . When I asked the reception desk about this, I was asked if I had requested service at check-in.

The staff was helpful (most of them anyway).
My experience wasn't the best. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, quite unpleasant. The bath towels were also surprisingly small. They were more like hand towels than proper bath towels. (i was pretty annoyed).
